How do I reset my password?

On the login page, click "Forgot Password" and enter your registered email address. You will receive a password reset link within a few minutes. Check your spam folder if you don't see it in your inbox.

Why are my quiz results not saving?

Ensure you have a stable internet connection while taking quizzes. Results are saved after you submit the quiz. If the problem persists, try clearing your browser cache or contact our support team.

Can I use Smart Tutor on my mobile phone or tablet?

Yes, Smart Tutor is fully responsive and works on all modern browsers on smartphones, tablets, and desktops. For the best experience, we recommend using a recent version of Chrome, Safari, or Firefox.

How does the AI quiz generation work?

Our AI analyzes your performance history — which topics you answered correctly, which you got wrong, and how long you took — to generate personalized practice questions. Over time, it focuses more on your weak areas to help you improve faster.

Are the previous year papers (PYQs) authentic?

Yes. All PYQs on Smart Tutor are sourced from official NTA and examination council records. They cover JEE Main, JEE Advanced, and NEET from 2015 to 2025, including all shifts and sets where available.

How do I delete my account?

To request account deletion, email us at support@smart-tutor.app from your registered email address with the subject "Account Deletion Request." We will process your request within 7 business days.
